The Experience
Dalla Terra transforms any space into your own private restaurant with our custom-made tableware, quality service and good food to provide an unforgettable experience for you & your loved ones.
We take care of everything from set-up to table design, service, food, matched beverages, pack-down & cleaning, giving you the opportunity to spend time with your guests while you dine through your own curated tasting menu. Each experience is unique & designed to suit any occassion such as birthdays, intimate weddings, romantic getaways or just as an excuse to indulge.
The Produce
Our own offsite garden guides us through the seasons, influencing the direction of each menu. Any produce our garden cannot provide is sourced from the best local farmers whilst our meat & seafood is organic, ethically sourced & has a minimal impact on their environment.
We can also incorporate produce that you’ve grown in your garden into your own unique menu.
The Chef
Owner & chef, Joel Carboni gained his experience & knowledge gained from working in well established Melbourne restaurants such as Circa the Prince & La Luna Bistro. Using classic & modern techniques paired with his Italian influence, Joel creates refined seasonal dishes for each menu which dances between simple & complex whilst remaining humble & delicious.

As a couple who were trying to organise a wedding celebration from the UK we needed all these things and we were not disappointed - Joel went above and beyond to ensure all details were covered and worked with us with so much enthusiasm and care. He liaised with the venue, hire companies & the florist to create an experience no attendees will ever forget - it was a sophisticated occasion, but still very relaxed. His service throughout the night was timed to suit the mood of the room with no rush, allowing people to converse with ease. The dinner was the main event and the menu was superb. From start to finish the ingredients were high quality and used in an honest manner, but still interesting and exciting our palettes.
